Community Living

The Tenant Education Program (TEP) is an online workshop about lease-signing and off-campus living. Our goal is to provide UNCW students with the tools to be good neighbors, responsible community members and better tenants.

Students will receive a prize once they have completed the program. This guide is designed to help you understand the legal terms and neighborhood manners you should know while living off campus.
